Cairo - Mubasher: The Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) offered treasury bonds (T-bonds) at a value of EGP 7.50 billion through one issue on Monday, 31 October.
The tranche will mature in three years on 1 November 2025, according to official data.
Moreover, the CBE issued zero-coupon T-bonds worth EGP 6 billion through one auction, holding a tenor of 1.5 years until 23 April 2024.
Last week, the central bank auctioned T-bonds at an aggregated value of EGP 8 billion through two issues and zero-coupon T-bonds worth EGP 6 billion through one tranche.
