Riyadh – Mubasher: The board of Banque Saudi Fransi recommended cash dividends distribution after Zakat worth SAR 1.07 billion, representing 9% of the capital, for the second half (H2) of 2022.

The bank would pay out SAR 0.90 per share for 1.19 billion eligible shares, according to a bourse filing.

Meanwhile, the distribution date for the H2-22 dividends will be announced at a later time.

In the first nine months (9M) of 2022, Banque Saudi Fransi reported an 8.75% year-on-year (YoY) growth in net profit to SAR 2.67 billion, compared to SAR 2.45 billion.

The earnings per share (EPS) increased to SAR 2.08 in 9M-22 from SAR 1.92 in 9M-21.
