UAE’s DTS Solution transferred into Bahrain-based Beyon Cyber’s ownership

Mubasher: Bahrain-based Beyon Cyber, part of the Beyon Group, has signed a deal to acquire a majority shareholding in Dubai-headquartered cybersecurity provider DTS Solution.

The acquisition aligns with Beyon Cyber’s growth plans to expand its geographical footprint and widen its portfolio of cybersecurity offerings, according to a press release.

In addition, the Hamala-based company aims to ensure the delivery of industry-leading cybersecurity products and provide services that meet challenging security needs.

Founded in 2011, DTS Solution is a regional cybersecurity advisory, consulting, and engineering firm which secures a range of enhanced services and solutions to combat cybercrime.

Meanwhile, Beyon Cyber is a cybersecurity provider that operates the Cybersecurity Operations Centre (CSOC) in Bahrain. It offers advanced end-to-end cybersecurity solutions, along with managed services and advisory to organisations across the Kingdom. 

Shaikh Mohamed bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, Chief Digital Growth Officer of Beyon, said: “The acquisition of DTS will enable Beyon Cyber to bring additional cybersecurity capabilities to its growing base of customers across the Middle East region and beyond.”
