Accordingly, Arabian Cement Company announces the issuance of a preliminary court ruling in its favor No. ( 4430951326 ) dated 11/11/1444 H corresponding to 31/05/2023 AD from the General Court in Jeddah against Emaar, Economic City Company by obliging the defendant (Emaar, Economic City Company) to make available to the plaintiff (Arabian Cement Company) a total quantity of 4,572,270 tones (Four millions five hundreds and seventy two thousands and two hundreds and seventy tons) of limestone usable in cement manufacturing and to enable the plaintiff ( Arabian Cement Company) to receive the quantity-immediately- in accordance with the agreement signed between the parties on 07/06/1433 H, corresponding to 28/04/2012 AD.

Note that the period of objection to the judgment issued by appeal is thirty days from the date of receiving of the deed, and if one of the parties does not file and objection within the indicated period, his right to appeal shall be forfeited and the judgment will be conclusive based on the system of legitimate pleadings.
