Cairo – Mubasher: Delta Sugar registered EGP 1.26 billion in net profit to EGP 1.26 billion as of 31 December 2024, down 21% year-on-year (YoY) from EGP 1.59 billion.

Revenues plummeted by 33% YoY to EGP 4.70 billion in 2024 from EGP 7.02 billion, according to the financial indicators.

Additionally, the basic earnings per share (EPS) fell by 16% to EGP 7.60 last year from EGP 9.10 in 2023.

In the first nine months (9M) of 2024, the EGX-listed firm recorded lower net profits at EGP 1.16 billion, compared to EGP 2.02 billion in 9M-23.
