The newly elected Board of Directors, during its meeting held on 11/01/1447H corresponding to 06/07/2025G,resolved to form the Audit Committee for the current board term. The committee members are as follows:

2-Mr. Ammar Al-Alzubaidi – Member (Non-Executive)
3-Mr. Ahmed Al-Ansari – Member (Non-Executive)
