Summery of the Lawsuit and its Reasons The subsidiary company filed an anti-dumping complaint with the aim of protecting the ductile iron pipe industry for diameters from 100 mm to 1000 mm for K9 and C Class to C40 technical specifications, as a result of the sharp decline in the import prices of this product from the Republic of India. This has led to a decrease in the company's market share, a decrease in its production capacity, which reflected negatively on the growth of the company's business and affected the level of its sales contribution within the Kingdom
