Riyadh - Mubasher: Perfect Presentation for Commercial Services Company (2P Perfect Presentation) has purchased a 3,005.14-square-meter (m²) commercial property in Riyadh for SAR 83 million to endorse the firm's growing business.

The deal, signed on 3 December 2025, will be financed through long-term bank facilities, according to a bourse filing.

Moreover, the transaction is expected to increase the company’s non-current assets and support its operational expansion.

The Tadawul-listed company stated: “Given the expansion of the company’s operations and the increase in both secured and anticipated contracts, purchasing the property constitutes a more sustainable and profitable option compared to leasing, as it effectively meets operational needs while also enhancing long-term asset management efficiency.”

On 20 October 2025, 2P Perfect Presentation secured a SAR 89.68 million contract from the Agricultural Development Fund (ADF) to provide managed services for infrastructure, information security, applications, and cybersecurity.
