The board of directors discussed the topics listed on the agenda in its meeting no. 217 held on 09/03/2026 and passed the following resolutions.

1.    To approve the financial statements for the period ended 31^st December 2025.

2.    To approve the Directors report for the period ended 31^st December 2025.

*Board meeting resolutions have to be disclosed one hour, at least, before the beginning of the next day trading session.
