The board of directors discussed the topics listed on the agenda in its meeting no. 165 held on 16/03/2026 and passed the following resolutions.

Board of Directors resolutions

 

Following resolutions were passed at the first meeting of newly elected Board of Directors, held on 16^th March 2026 after conclusion of Annual General Meeting:

 

1)      Mr. Mukhtar Hasan was appointed as Chairman of the Board of Directors.

 

2)      Mr. Balachandran Chatoth was appointed as Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors.

 

3)      Audit Committee was formed with below members and its chairman was appointed:

a) Mr. Balachandran Chatoth, Chairman

b) Mr. Himansu Mohapatra, Member

c) Mr. Adel Khorakiwala, Member

 

4)      Nomination & Remuneration Committee was formed with below members and its chairman was appointed:

a) Mr. Mukhtar Hasan, Chairman

b) Mr. Himansu Mohapatra, Member

c) Mr. Awadh Salim Mustahil Al-Maashani, Member

 

5)      Mr. Manish Rachh was appointed as secretary to the Board.
