1.      Engr. Majid Salim Said Al Fannah Al Araimi

Engr. Majid Salim Said Al Fannah Al Araimi holds a BSc in Engineering Management from the University of Missouri, USA. He is one of the directors with an active role in developing the business of a group of private companies and several reputed educational institutions in the Sultanate of Oman. He is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Galfar Engineering & Contracting SAOG since March 2017 till date.

He was a member of the Board of Directors of Oman International Development & Investment Co. SAOG (OMINVEST) and was a member of the Board of Directors of A’Saffa Foods SAOG.

He is the Chairman of National Drilling and Services Co. SAOC, Uniter Gulf Energy Resources SAOC and the Travel Point Group and holds office as the Vice Chairman of a number of private companies.

2.      Engr. Mohiuddin Mohammad Ali

Mr. Mohiuddin Mohamad Ali was educated at the American British Academy in Muscat and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University in the United States. He is a second-generation family business operator and entrepreneur with extensive leadership experience across multiple sectors, serving as Vice Chairman of PMA International LLC and MFAR Group of Companies, which operate in construction, hospitality, education, manufacturing, and real estate development across Oman, the UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Maldives, Sri Lanka, and India.

He is the member of Board of Directors and Board of Trustees of National University of Science & Technology, Oman. He is the Chairman & Managing Director of Alpha Fishco LLC, a fisheries sector investment in SEZAD. He is also the member of Board of Directors in various other companies in Engineering & Construction, Drilling, Hospitality & manufacturing sectors.

3.      Mr. Mohammed Al Jamalani

Mr. Mohammed Al Jamalani is an experienced professional in regulatory, financial legal fields and capital markets industry with more than 30 years of practice. In addition, he has knowledge and experience in real estate development, construction and in trading businesses. He was Vice President for insurance sector at Capital Market Authority beside holding various positions by heading and/or participating and managing different directorates, committees and official delegations. Mr. Mohammed Al Jamalani’s experience includes directorship in the boards of Oman Centre of Governance and Sustainability, OPAZ, NLG, Galfar and Liva Insurance and is also a member in their Audit Committees and is the chairperson of a charitable Investment and Finance committee. He supervises the management of a family group of companies.

4.      Engr. Shihab Al Barwani

Engr. Shihab Al Barwani has over 40 years of experience in upstream oil & gas sector including refinery and petrochemical industry with specialization in Project Management covering the entire scope of project. He has had direct and hands-on experience in onshore gathering and processing, Oil and Gas Plants and managed and led a team of Project Engineers and supporting staffs & engineers to ensure project objectives of cost, schedule, safety, and quality are achieved. He has exposure working in Oman and overseas with OQ, Petroleum Development Oman and Shell Companies for upstream oil and gas project in capacity of project manager for clients in Oman and internationally. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation and Control System Engineering.

5.      Mr. Asim Salim Ali Al Ghailani

Mr. Asim Al Ghailani is the Managing Director of Salim International Investment Holding Co. LLC. He holds an MSc in Investment Management (With Honor) from Bangor University, UK 2015 and a Bachelor degree in Finance from Oman.
Asim is a well-qualified, detail oriented and results focused professional with rich experience of more than 25 years in strategic planning and managing investment portfolios across asset classes including Real Estate.
Currently, Asim is a non-executive director of A'Saffa Foods S.A.O.G, non-executive director of Al Sharqia Investment Holding S.A.O.G and director of National University of Science and Technology S.A.O.C. National Drilling and Services Co. S.A.O.C and United Gulf Energy Resources S.A.O.C. He also serves as a director in a number of Limited Liability Companies in Oman and GCC.

6.      Engr. Qais Mohammed Rashid Al Fannah Al Araimi

Mr. Qais is an experienced civil engineer and construction management professional with a strong background in engineering execution, project delivery, and board-level governance. Over six years of core industry experience, complemented by leadership roles across energy, drilling, and construction-related entities. Currently spearheading engineering and construction operations within a diversified business group. He holds a BE (Hons) in Civil Engineering from the University of Nottingham and an MSc in Construction Management from the University of Reading. He began his career at Carillon Alawi LLC as a Senior Civil Engineer, gaining six years of core industry experience (2012 -2017). He is serving on the board of United Gulf Energy Resources SAOC and National Drilling Services Co. SAOC and is spearheading the Engineering and Construction operations of Al Siraj.

7.      Mr. Seetharaman Sreedharan

Mr. Sreedharan Retired as the Managing Partner of Ernst & Young, Muscat, Oman after spending 30 years at EY. He was involved in providing entire range of professional services in his 30+ years with Ernst & Young, Middle East. Mainly advised several Global top 100 corporations in Technology, Oilfield Services, Financial services, diversified conglomerates, EPC Construction and Petroleum.

After retirement he was nominated to be an Independent Board Member and the Chairman of the Audit Committee of Takamul, a wholly owned subsidiary of Oman Oil Company for 3 years. Served as an Independent Director of L & T Ship Building Limited until its merger with the parent.  Currently serving as an Independent Director and member of the Audit Committee of Sree Renuka Sugars Limited, ( SRSL ) a subsidiary of Wilmar International Limited, Singapore. Currently holds Directorships in a few companies and is also dedicating time focusing on education of under privileged children in India.

8.      Dr. Hashil Al Mahrouqi

Dr. Hashil Al Mahrouqi spearheaded the OMRAN Group, as its Chief Executive Officer. Under his able leadership, OMRAN Group, the executive arm for tourism development in the Sultanate of Oman, is on a consistent path towards the development, and progress of the tourism sector, viably contributing to drive growth, economic diversification, and boost investment returns, in line with the objectives of Oman Vision 2040 and the National Tourism Strategy.

He has held many senior positions in the Oman Investment Authority and named to a number of Boards of Directors and associated committees within the Authority’s real estate investments in both the United Kingdom and the Republic of Germany.

Al Mahrouqi holds a PHD in Philosophy - Information Studies from Sultan Qaboos University, in addition to multiple academic and professional qualifications in the fields of investment, real estate management and leadership from prestigious institutions, including the Harvard Business School, and the INSEAD International Business School.

9.      Mr. Salah Al Shamsi

Mr. Salah Al Shamsi has over 28 years of experience in strategic leadership and management, with a strong track record in driving organizational transformation and operational excellence. He holds an MBA from the United Kingdom and a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the USA. Currently, he serves as Head of Strategic Planning and Risk Management at Al Maha Petroleum leading cross-functional teams across strategy, risk management, and Fuel Station network development. His experience includes leading major development and investment projects, conducting feasibility studies, corporate restructuring, and delivering innovative business solutions. Furthermore, he is equipped with extensive experience in Sales, Marketing, Advertising, and customer service in addition to the development and management of retail chains, restaurants, bakeries, and coffee shops.

10.  Mr. Amer Al Jabri

Amer Al Jabri is a Certified Director (GCC BDI – Cert. Dir.) and senior executive with over 25 years of experience across energy, industrials, metals & mining, and international trading. He has held CFO, Finance Director, and Board Secretary positions with multinational and government-related enterprises, delivering multi-billion-dollar financings, corporate restructuring, and strategic partnerships.

Amer brings expertise in governance, risk, finance oversight, and digital transformation, having led ERP/SAP deployments that strengthened transparency and reporting.

He holds an MSc in Finance & Banking, a BSc in Finance, and executive certifications from MIT Sloan, INSEAD, and Hawkamah. Fluent in Arabic and English, Amer is committed to value creation and strategic board leadership.
