The board of directors discussed the topics listed on the agenda in its meeting no. 2 held on 27/04/2026 and passed the following resolutions.

Subject: Disclosure of the decisions of the Oman REIT fund.
The Board of Directors of Oman REIT Fund would like to disclose to the Financial Services Authority (FSA), Muscat Stock Exchange (MSX) and all investors the following: The second Fund Board of Directors meeting for the year 2026 took place on Monday, April 27, 2026, at 2:00 pm, in the meeting room of the Oman National Investment Company (TANMIA). During the meeting, the following decisions were taken: - Approval of the quarterly financial statements for the first quarter for the period ended March 31, 2026.
- Approval of the Board of Directors' report for the financial period ended on March 31, 2026.
- Approving the distribution of interim cash dividends for the first quarter for the periodended on March 31, 2026. Please accept our warmest regards. |
