The board of directors discussed the topics listed on the agenda in its meeting no. 5 held on 12/05/2026 and passed the following resolutions.

Approved the unaudited financial statements for the three-month period ended 31 of March 2026. The financial statements will be published on the Company’s profile page on the MSX website and on the Asyad Shipping website.

*Board meeting resolutions have to be disclosed one hour, at least, before the beginning of the next day trading session.
