Aldrees generates 28% YoY higher profits in Q2-26

Riyadh - Mubasher: Aldrees Petroleum and Transport Services Company reported a net profit of SAR 123.90 million for the second quarter (Q2) ending on 30 June 2026, marking a 28.13% increase from SAR 96.70 million in the same period last year.

The company attributed the growth to higher sales in both its transport and petroleum divisions, alongside increased income from bank deposits, sukuk investments, and other revenue streams.

Quarterly revenue rose by 18.01% to SAR 7.33 billion, compared to SAR 6.21 billion in the prior-year quarter, supported by a wider distribution of fuel stations and an increased number of trucks.

Operating profit for the three-month period reached SAR 171.50 million, up from SAR 140.50 million a year earlier.

For the first six months (6M) of 2026, net profit reached SAR 234.10 million, an increase of 18.41% from SAR 197.70 million in the first half (H1) of 2025.

Revenues for the half-year period climbed to SAR 14.16 billion. Earnings per share (EPS) for the six-month period stood at SAR 2.34, up from SAR 1.98.

Total shareholders' equity, excluding non-controlling interests, hit SAR 1.71 billion as of 30 June 2026.

In Q1-26, the net profits attributable to the owners of Aldrees jumped by 8.90% YoY to SAR 110.10 million from  SAR 101.10 million.
