Riyadh — Mubasher: Digital Research Company has received a purchase order from Naver Innovation to provide specialized research services.

The contract was awarded and signed on 23 July 2026, according to a bourse filing.

Saudi DRC noted that the deal value stands at more than 5% of the company’s total revenues according to the audited financial statements for the 2025 fiscal year, including value-added tax.

The scope of the agreement focuses on the delivery of research services, with work scheduled to commence on 23 July 2026.

Meanwhile, the scheduled completion date for all contracted activities is 31 December 2026.

Saudi DRC expects the purchase order to have a positive financial impact on its financial statements during the 2026 fiscal year.

The company further confirmed that there are no related parties involved in the transaction.

It is worth noting that Naver Innovation is a strategic joint venture (JV) between Naver Cloud and Saudi Arabia’s National Housing Company (NHC) subsidiary, NHC Innovation.

The listed company lately launched electronic voting for its upcoming Extraordinary General Assembly meeting (EGM), noting that it will remain open until the conclusion of the assembly session on 27 July.
