Riyadh — Mubasher: Digital Research Company said that its shareholders approved an amendment to the company’s bylaws during an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on 27 July 2026, according to a bourse filing.

The meeting, which took place via modern technology at 19:00, reached a quorum with an attendance rate of 58.71%.

The primary resolution passed during the assembly was the approval to amend Article 4 of the company’s bylaws, which pertains to the objects and purposes of the firm.

The session was attended by Board Chairman Fahad Abdullah Sulaiman Al Saawi, Vice Chairman Ziad Ibrahim Abdulaziz Al Tuwaijri, and Managing Director and CEO Waleed Khalid Ahmed Al Sulaiman.

Khalid Battal Saif Al Battal, head of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, was also present.

The meeting was conducted through the Tadawulaty system from the company's headquarters at ROSHN Business Front in Riyadh.

Saudi DRC confirmed that the assembly concluded the scheduled voting on all agenda items presented to the shareholders.
