The board of directors discussed the topics listed on the agenda in its meeting no. 3/2026-347 held on 28/07/2026 and passed the following resolutions.

Sub: Unaudited Financial Statements for the six months ended 30^th June 2026 

 

We are pleased to inform you that the Board of Directors of Oman Cement Company (SAOG) has approved the unaudited financial statements of the company for the six months ended 30^th June 2026 in its meeting held on 28^th July 2026.

 

1.    The Company has recorded a total revenue of RO 38.798 million in the six months ended 30^th June 2026 as compared to RO 33.376 million in the corresponding period of the previous year.   

2.     The profit before tax is OMR 7.931 million in the six months ended 30^th June 2026 as compared to OMR 5.601 million in the corresponding period of the previous year.

3.     The profit after tax is OMR 6.695 million in the six months ended 30^th June 2026 as compared to OMR 4.749 million in the corresponding period of the previous year.
