The board of directors discussed the topics listed on the agenda in its meeting no. 67 held on 29/07/2026 and passed the following resolutions.

The Board of Directors of Al Suwadi Power Company SAOG (the “Company”) advises the Financial Services Authority , the Muscat Stock Exchange and the investors’ community that it has resolved the following at the meeting of the Board of Directors held on 29 July 2026:

1.      Approval of unaudited financial statements for the six months period ended  30 June  2026 together with the Board of Directors’ Report;

*Board meeting resolutions have to be disclosed one hour, at least, before the beginning of the next day trading session.
