Riyadh – Mubasher: Rasan Information Technology Company announced the appointment of its audit committee members for a new board term that commenced on 4 August 2026.

The decision, finalized during a board of directors meeting held on 5 August, introduces a three-member committee tasked with overseeing the company’s financial and auditing functions.

The newly appointed members include Fahad Adnan Al Mansour, Nora Tariq Al Kadi, and Talal bin Kamal Al Judaibi.

Al Mansour currently serves as Managing Director at Areej Holding and previously held executive roles at Zagel Holding and the Ministry of Economy and Planning.

Al Kadi brings expertise in venture capital and corporate finance from her current role at SNB Capital and previous experience at the Capital Market Authority (CMA).

Talal bin Kamal Al Judaibi, an external member who has served on the committee since August 2024, continues his tenure. He possesses over 20 years of experience in accounting and finance, having held leadership positions at Thiqah and SEDCO Capital.

All appointments became effective on 5 August 2026, aligning with the start of the new board cycle.
