Riyadh — Mubasher: International Human Resources Company announced the restructuring of its board of directors and the appointment of a new independent member, which will be effective on 3 August 2026.
The decision follows the vacancy created by the passing of the former Chairman Adel bin Mohammed Al Jarbou, which was previously disclosed on 21 July 2026, according to a bourse filing.
The board of directors, during its meeting held on 2 August 2026, resolved to appoint Al Muhannad bin Khalid Al Shathri as the Chairman of the board.
Additionally, Faisal bin Abdullah Sahli Al Otaibi has been appointed as an independent board member and will serve as the Vice Chairman.
International Human Resources stated that these appointments are set to complete the current board term, which is scheduled to conclude on 25 December 2027.
Al Otaibi brings approximately 25 years of administrative experience to the role, having recently served as General Manager of Field Sales Enablement at Saudi Telecom Company (stc).
While the board has approved these appointments, the selection of the new independent member remains subject to formal ratification at the company’s next General Assembly meeting.
