Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Ceramic Company inked a contract with Sadr Logistics Company totaling SAR 16.07 million, excluding value-added tax.
The agreement involves a SAR 3.07 million supply order for wooden pallets alongside core project works valued at SAR 13 million for the supply and installation of storage systems.
The project is located at the company’s central warehouse in Riyadh and is designed to enhance operational efficiency and increase storage capacity.
The expected duration to fulfill the supply order is four months. Saudi Ceramic expects the financial impact of the deal to materialize during the third quarter (Q3) and Q4 of 2026.
The company noted a related party interest involving Non-Executive Director Majed bin Abdullah Al-Issa, who serves as the CEO of Sadr Logistics.
The contract was conducted within the normal course of business under prevailing commercial terms without preferential conditions.
The transaction will be presented to the General Assembly for approval in accordance with regulatory requirements for related party dealings.
Both entities rolled out a SAR 3.53 million agreement for four months.
