Riyadh – Mubasher: Sadr Logistics Company registered net profits totaling SAR 5.43 million for the first half (H1) of 2026, reversing a net loss of SAR 7.18 million recorded during the same period in the previous year.
The company’s turnaround was supported by a 22.30% increase in total revenue, which reached SAR 80.40 million compared to SAR 65.74 million a year earlier.
Earnings per share (EPS) for the half-year period improved to SAR 0.031.
The logistics sector was the primary driver of growth, with revenues jumping 132% to SAR 32.74 million, largely due to the Sadr Park project. Gross profit for the six-month period hiked by 78.01% to SAR 23.44 million.
The company also benefited from a 97% reduction in expected credit loss provisions, which fell to SAR 200,000 from SAR 6.30 million.
For the second quarter (Q2) of 2026, net profit reached SAR 2.49 million, compared to a loss of SAR 7.31 million.
Quarterly revenue grew by 21.74% year-on-year (YoY) to SAR 38.90 million, though it declined 6.27% from Q1-26 due to a 23% drop in wood sector sales.
Total shareholders' equity hit SAR 170.29 million as of 30 June 2026, while accumulated losses were reduced to SAR 5.43 million, representing 3.10% of capital.
In August, Saudi Ceramic Company announced a SAR 16 million contract with Sadr Logistics.
