Riyadh - Mubasher: Dar Al Balad for Business Solutions Company’s board of directors approved the appointment of Bassam bin Ibrahim bin Salama to a vacant executive seat on 16 August 2026.

The board further resolved to appoint Bassam bin Ibrahim bin Salama as managing director, replacing Abdulaziz bin Ibrahim bin Salama, who will continue his tenure as a non-executive board member.

The appointment aims to complete the board’s formation following an extraordinary general assembly meeting on 26 July, which set the total number of board seats at six.

Bassam bin Ibrahim bin Salama brings over 25 years of experience in senior management and strategic planning.

He has served as the group’s chief executive officer and managing director since 2001 and holds a master’s degree in business administration from King Saud University.

The board’s decision remains subject to approval by the company’s shareholders at the next general assembly meeting. The new member will serve for the remainder of the current board term.
