Riyadh — Mubasher: Al Moammar Information Systems (MIS) received two purchase orders from the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing valued at SAR 301.16 million, including value-added tax.

The orders, received on 31 August  2026, are for the provision of Microsoft information systems services. The contract spans a duration of three calendar years.

MIS expects the financial impact of this agreement to be reflected in its financial statements starting from the third quarter (Q3) of 2026 through Q3-29.

According to the regulatory filing, these purchase orders fall under a framework agreement previously established with the Expenditure and Projects Efficiency Authority.

That broader agreement was originally disclosed on Tadawul on 25 March 2024. The company confirmed there are no related parties involved in the transaction.

MIS recently extended a Sharia-compliant credit facility agreement with Al Rajhi Bank at a total amount of SAR 2 billion.
