Riyadh — Mubasher: Arab Sea Information Systems Company announced the start of electronic voting for its ordinary general meeting (OGM), following its previous disclosure on 20 August 2026.

Shareholders are invited to participate and vote on the assembly agenda items starting from 01:00 on 11 September 2026.

The electronic voting period will remain open until the conclusion of the General Assembly meeting, which is scheduled to take place at 06:30 on 14 September.

The meeting will be conducted via modern technology using the Tadawulaty system.

Arab Sea Information Systems stated that the voting service is provided free of charge to all shareholders through the Tadawulaty website.
